- Review of Minutes by Dana Mason
- Review of Treasury Report by Dana Mason
- Discussion of band camp – Serge Puchinsky
- Band Camp dates 8/16-19 & 8/23-26
- Pool Party is being handled by the Band Camp Committee for sometimes during the week between those two weekends.
- Fundraisers for next year – Chris Mason
- Small Fundraisers – Super 50/50 with $10,000 to the winner, Can Drives, Dining for Dollars
- Larger Fundraisers – Fall – Comedy Festival at BHS; Spring – Night at the Races.
-Financial Goals – Serge Puchinsky
- Washington D.C. Trip for next year.

- We are looking for donations from corporations, citizens, and NJ Veterans organizations.
- SLAM Events – Dana Mason
- Guard Concert Thursday 5/10/12
- Band Concert – Friday 5/18/12
- Jazz Concert – Saturday 5/19/12
- Memorial Day Parade Performance – 5/28/12
- We are looking for donations of food, water snacks, etc. for the lobby reception as well as for the parade.

- Parade & Band Camp Committee: Mrs. Mazzarella, Mrs. Svercauski, & Mrs. Rubino

- Elementary School Committee: Mrs. Antisz
- Parents interested in helping had an opportunity to meet with the committee heads listed above to sign up for what they wanted to help with.
- We are always looking for more support. Please contact Mr. Puchinsky or Mrs. Mason if you are interested in getting involved but were unable to attend the meeting.
