The BHS Band Foundation held it’s first annual fundraising event – Comedy Night on Broadway which featured comedian Jeff Norris. the evening went off without a hitch and was a big success.

Complete details and official financial reports will be published and available at the next open meeting which will be on Wednesday, December 14th at Bayonne High School. The exact meeting place and time will be announced soon, as due to school events and rehearsals, the meeting will need to be moved out of the band room.

All parents and community members are welcomed to attend this meeting as we will be discussing future fund raising ideas, parent committees, purchasing goals for the band in 2012, the band’s performance schedule for 2012, and the Jazz Ensemble’s trip scheduled for April of 2012. It’s going to be a big meeting – but a quick one! We understand your time is precious so we will start on time and be finished up within 30-45 minutes. We will also have refreshments and coffee available for after the meeting for those that would like to stay and socialize.
